Natural oak tray made from untreated wood. The simple beauty of the natural wood and the freshness of the wood grain is exposed in this contemporary take on the classic rimmed tray used for kaiseki.

Because it is a natural wood, it may warp slightly depending on the usage environment when you first start using it. In that case, leave it with the warped side down for a few days to correct the distortion. Also, if you use it over a certain period of time, the warp will gradually decrease.
